All our Mouajanat and Quiches are made using Moulin d’Or special dough and are filled with spinach mixed meat assorted cheeses salty or savory stuffing. Most our Mouajanat are baked not fried.

Pie making always begins with the crust. The pastry dough used for pie making is mainly made with flour, fat and salt. Most commonly, pies are made using short crust pastry dough. Traditionally, the best tasting and fully flavored pie crust we made using a high quality of butter and with the best ingredients for filling.
